1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mari88 ("mari88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mari88 online gaming platform, including the website at https://mari88.app, all associated mobile interfaces, and any related services offered by mari88.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mari88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. mari88 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with mari88, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be registering as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party;
• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Not be subject to any court order, gaming authority directive, or self-exclusion restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming;
• Not be an employee, director, or contractor of mari88 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close relative of any such person.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the mari88 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

mari88 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide such documents as we may reasonably request to satisfy our KYC obligations, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian national identification card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, and proof of residential address.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your mari88 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mari88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify mari88 immediately via the in-app live chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information provided to mari88 is and remains accurate, current, and complete throughout the duration of your account. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the mari88 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses) will be returned to you via your last-used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mari88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. 4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. mari88 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours for fully KYC-verified accounts during operational hours. mari88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the mari88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied. You may not fund your account using cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or any payment method not listed as accepted by mari88.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by mari88 are subject to individual promotion terms which will be clearly communicated at the point of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, registered Players who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements;
• Only one Welcome Bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements, where applicable, specify the number of times bonus funds (and in some cases deposit + bonus) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Mari88 actively monitors bonus usage for irregular patterns that may indicate abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured wagering to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Players, and any form of arbitrage. If mari88 determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has abused the bonus system, we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mari88 Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. No cancellation or modification of a confirmed bet is permitted except where a technical error has demonstrably occurred;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot game, your session state is preserved server-side. Upon reconnection, the session will resume or be settled according to the game outcome recorded at the time of disconnection;
• mari88 reserves the right to void any bet, round, or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has occurred that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change at the Platform's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the mari88 Platform:

• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform;
• Exploit any identified software bug, glitch, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other Players;
• Engage in money laundering, or use the Platform for any purpose in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Register or attempt to register more than one account;
• Provide false identity documentation during the KYC process;
• Use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mari88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether mari88 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Mari88's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the mari88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Mari88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
